I am writing to lodge an officially declared consumer complaint challenging the allegations of

||
derogatory notations and or accounts reported versus me deficient of any evidence that they
|
||
are fully true, accurate,complete,timely,of my ownership,of my responsibility, FCRA
|
||
compliant, Compliant to my State’s consumer credit reporting mandates, Compliant to the
|
||
federally requisite Metro 2 format, not of a fraudulent (charge or debit) , or PROVEN
|
||
irrefutably by verifiable physical document testimony to all aspects of facts as REQUIRED by
|
||
reporting regulations so DELETE entirely here and now all uncertified claims adversary to me.

With the recent Equifax Breach of July 2017, I nor anyoe can be confident that the data at any
|
||
time is fully TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, of a KNOWN OWNERSHIP, of a documented and
|
||
factual responsibility or else wise undoubted in its full compliance WITHOUT TRUE AND
|
||
UNWAVERING TESTIMONIAL CERTIFICATE attesting to fact of EVERY ASPECT of reporting.

Might I am a victim of identity theft, certainly I assume you would want to and be REQUIRED
|
||
to assist me in removal of any and all information NOT absolute in its PROVEN COMPLIANCE,
|
||
TRUTH, CORRECTNESS, COMPLETENESS as reported and CERTIFIED COMPLIANCE
|
||
elsewise. I have no claim to have made these actions of derogatory nature reported versus
|
||
me and as such I enact my CONSUMER AND CIVIL RIGHT to compel you to FULLY
|
||
ERADICATE any and all such information that I do not here and now accept as being true,
|
||
correct, complete,timely, mine, my responsibility, or else wise PROVEN COMPLIANT. I have
|
||
no choice but to request that YOU PRESENT IRREFUTABLE PROOF that each and all aspects
|
||
of any and all claims of adversary or derogatory remarks versus me be IMMEDIATELY
|
||
BLOCKED for reported and DELETED thereafter for all time. FEDERAL LAWS detail you have
|
||
but FOUR(4) days to do this upon my written composition and detailing of any one or more
|
||
items of reporting that I suspect to be of a fraudulent action, as the result of identity theft, or
|
||
else wise deficient of proper document certificate of COMPLIANT true and completely correct
|
||
reporting. The MANDATE is CLEAR as to MY RIGHTS to DEMAND this and also IRREFUTABLE
|
||
in YOUR REQUIREMENT in BLOCKING the invalid mis-reported misinformation as a result of
|
||
any one or more of the negative actions mentioned throughout this consumer compliant. I am
|
||
requesting that the every single one even each any and or all derogatory or adverary aspects
|
||
reported versus me be eradicated today, even right NOW!

||
Please investigate this matter and correct the not true, not correct, not complete, not timely,
|
||
of not my ownership, of not my responsibility, not proven metro 2 format compliant, of a
|
||
mixed file , as a result of identity theft ad or fraudulent acts as soon as possible.<br/>

<p style="margin-left: 30;font-size: 13.5;font-weight: bold;"> (4) a statement by the consumer that the information is not information relating to any<br/></p>

||
<span style="font-weight: bold;">transaction by the consumer.<br/></span>

||

||
<span style="font-weight: bold;"> (b) Notification. A consumer reporting agency shall promptly notify the furnisher of<br/>
|
||
information identified by the consumer under subsection (a) of this section—<br/></span></p>
|
||
<p style="margin-left: 30;font-size: 13.5;font-weight: bold;"> (1) that the information may be a result of identity theft;<br/></p>
|
||
<p style="margin-left: 30;font-size: 13.5;font-weight: bold;"> (2) that an identity theft report has been filed;<br/></p>

<p style="margin-left: 30;font-size: 13.5;font-weight: bold;"> (3) that a block has been requested under this section; and<br/></p>

In addition, pursuant to FACTA, as a potential victim of fraud and or identity theft, and most
|
||
certainly as a VICTIM of EQUIFAX’s ill-fated mishandling of my consumer information to
|
||
INCLUDE NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, ADDRESSES, EDUCATION,
|
||
EMPLOYMENT , TELEPHONE NUMBERS, ACCOUNTS and even ACCOUNT NUMBERS in full, I
|
||
am DEMANDING LAWFULLY that you provide me with copies of any and all applications and
|
||
business transaction records related to any and all of the allegations of adversary and or
|
||
derogatory events (be it accounts or be it allegations of associated inquiries) to include any
|
||
of the NOT YET PHYSICALLY PROVEN by testimonial CERTIFICATE of FACT to be fully TRUE,
|
||
CORRECT,and COMPLETE COMPLIANT data and NOT a result of identity theft and or
|
||
fraudulent account(s) and or mixed and or merged accounts. FCRA and Metro 2 COMPLIANCE
|
||
mandates all claims UNDOUBTED and CERTIFIED as such, any that is deficient MUST BE
|
||
DELETED upon a consumer notification as to such. THIS IS MY NOTIFICATION that you ARE
|
||
UNLAWFULLY reporting ILLEGALLY INJURING mis-information unfairly.

correctly”</span> ? Who exactly verified these accounts? Who exactly validated the CERTIFIED
|
||
AUDs of these alleged accounts? Who exactly gives testimony to the EXACTNESS of
|
||
irrefutable perfect metro 2 format compliance for these accounts? BEYOND your OBVIOUS
|
||
failures to display proper certificate of testimonial FACTS to reports being fully true, accurate,
|
||
complete, timely, of documented ownership,of documented responsibility, or elsewise completely

||
COMPLIANT, you have <span style="font-weight: bold"> NOT</span> provided me a copy of ANY original documentation required under
